📦 Download Builder's QOL Shaders
Builders QOL Shaders 1.19.2 are great shaders that work especially well on low-end PC’s. The shaders do not add as many effects to Minecraft as for example BSL shaders or SEUS PTGI. On the other hand, because it is a lightweight shaderpack, it performs really well on older systems. That’s why this is a pack you need to give a try when you’re having trouble running shaders like BSL Shaders or Complementary Shaders.
Instead of talking about the features it does not include, let’s take a look at what this lightweight shaderpack has to offer. It still features many great effects such as Depth of Field and a custom sky. Compared to vanilla Minecraft, it’s clear Builder’s QoL adds a different look to Minecraft.
The effects you get with Builder’s QoL shaders can still be customized to a high extent. For example, water will be very blurry by default, but turning the ‘Water Blur’ down to 1 will make it more realistically blurry. If you’re in to other effects such as Depth of Field or Motion Blur, you can always enable those too. Do keep in mind that they will decrease your FPS.
Custom Sky
Builders QOL 1.19.2 doesn’t seem to add many high-end effects at first glance. The image below, however, shows how drastically your world is altered by the simple change in sky brightness and the addition of realistic clouds.
Frames per second is probably the keyword for this shaderpack. Builder’s QOL is one of the best low-end shaderpacks for Minecraft 1.19 of all time. Because on its default settings it lacks performance heavy features such as shadows, ambient occlussion and waving foliage, it will in return give you very high FPS.
The difference in shader quality becomes clear from the comparison above. Sildur’s Vibrant Lite adds more details to the game, Builder’s QOL is very simple. That is until you realize Sildur’s Vibrant Lite was able to produce 155 fps at best in this scenario, whereas Builder’s QOL went all the way up to 290 to 310 fps: That’s game changing!
